The home we were looking to purchase for them needed to be unique and close to us so the ask was going to be very challenging and we knew could take some time. Our Nevada real estate agent searched for the best agent for our CA home type location or price. Chad Basinger was who she picked, and it was evident from the start through to the end that Chad was very professional, well polished, and very detail oriented - and therefore the perfect fit for us. The listing page and photos/videos were outstanding, and during the single weekend we opened the home up to show, we had close to 200 people walk through resulting in two offers well above asking price, as well as a couple of lower offers we did not pursue. Through the pre-sale preparation and post-offer inspection and repairs process, Chad was able to help get things done for us remotely and even helped expedite some of the vendors repair schedules to keep our escrow close on-time. After meeting a couple of other agents in similar situations, we called Chad and discussed what we wanted. Long story short, we are really happy we met him.
